This is one of the lesser known DJ PIERRE Acid releases... with the rap on it, it reminds a bit of Kool Rock Steady's "Dance or Die". The Sleeve State "Trax Records", but as far as i know it was never released on Trax Records on 12", only on the "Rap Trax" Sampler (and some other Various Artist Lp's too). Samples on this Record were taken from Kraze - The Party and Inner City - Good Life.
