| Notes: | This is the second sleeve for the release, featuring a cream background with a light blue stripe and black type. There were three different versions of the record released using this sleeve:
1st version: Re-recorded version of "Ceremony" (with Gillian Gilbert), with track groove filling the entire side of the record. Side A groove etching: "This Is Why Events Unnerve Me". This version of the record was also released in leftover copies of the original green sleeve.
2nd version (This): Original version of "Ceremony" (without Gillian Gilbert). The track groove is filling only part of the record. Side A groove etching: "FAC 33 A1 / EG / Townhouse / Watching Love Grow - Forever". This is basically the same as the original version released in the green sleeve.
3rd version: Re-recorded version of "Ceremony" (with Gillian Gilbert), with track groove filling only part of the record. Side A groove etching: "This Is Why Events Unnerve Me".
"In A Lonely Place" is the same on all versions. Side B groove etching: "How I Wish We Were Here With You Now".
