Boys Noize gets some tough techno love on their _Oi Oi Oi Remixed_ disc, starting with an aggressive take of "& Down" from Siriusmo, followed by Feadzs more straightforward club take on "Lava Lava." The rock attitude of Proxys approach towards "Lets Buy Happiness" seems to be more of a critique of capitalist culture more than anything, and Para One turns "My Head" into an electro-house stomper. If thats not enough stomp for you, Housemeister provides plenty more in "Dont Believe the Hype" (even if the track abruptly switches gears halfway through). But on a release where all the tracks sound a little too similar, its the one that doesnt that breaks out: Apparats glitchy and comparatively mellow mix of "Shine Shine" -- and shine it does.
