Write a Reviewpfitz, Sep 26, 2003
This album was supposed to establish Cath Carroll as a major recording artist. Factory records threw lots of money at Cath Carroll - recording sessions in Brazil, Chicago, London; Robert Mapplethorpe photographs; videos by the Douglas Brothers etc. The CD didn't sell however and soon after Factory folded. Carroll has continued to release more lo-fi CDs in the 10/12 years since this was released but this is her most consistent recording. Re-released last year with extra tracks and well worth seeking out.Was the above review useful to you? (report)
