She became a vocalist for Bjorn Again, an ABBA tribute band, in 1998, before flying solo full-time as a trance diva.
'Wonderful Life' - released the week before the Christmas Top 40 in December 2001 - was a cover of the 80s hit by Black (aka Colin Vearncombe).
Stylish and low-key, it is a real grower, with an excellent choppy-synths remix by Quo Vadis. It probably lacked that extra sparkle to be a hit, not helped by being buried in the Christmas singles releases of December 2001.
Though conventional, it is nevertheless a forgotten gem of the unwieldy world of trance. Would definitely buy it if I were you!
