Check out Poney Part I - I have only just got my hands on it and heard it (2009) and it is absolutely shocking how similar it is to Plaid's "Marry" from their 2003 album titled "Spokes".

You need to accept that there are inherent differences in terms of genre/tempo, but the theme and melody are almost identical. Marry is like an IDM rework of this epic electro techno cut.

This is a really solid EP all-round, with La Rock 01 turning heads at the time of the release as I remember.

To this day, I still lose my shit anytime I hear La Roc 01 dropped in a set . . . any set . . . one of the dopest songs of this millenium. I prefer Poney part 1 in my own sets. Altogether an amazing record. As stated above, except that I will likely be buried with this record.

This EP oozes sheer quality, one of the best Electro EP's I have ever heard. You all know La Rock the electro/techno fused monster, almost every DJ is playing it even some trance DJ's have been known to play it.

You prefer cocaine is on the more relaxed atmosphereic sounding electro tip, sounds alot like The Hacker - Fadin' Away (Dima Remix)

Will never part with this record till I die.

How can something so funky and so DISCO be so fucking mental? I thank the good lord that La Roc hasn't gone mainstream or else there'd be all manner of hell breaking loose.... Play this and watch those bodies gyrate!!!!!
