a nearly forgotten jewel of deep detroit-styled Techno. This record is lovely 1 Not only has it so much depths and melodic beauty, the mighty drum programming sounds sick, Esp. compered to all the modern software-based lightweight stuff we get fooled with often. This is the REAL DEAL. Has to be in the Top 10 Deep Techno Chart. The a-side with the title track and the apt titled "Seventh City" leads us to pure + mellow Detroit Heaven. Flipping this beauty over the fun gets even better : "Bewitched" the long track on Side B is such an upbuilding and diverse sounding monster, sounds like two Trax at least, i always think the record is over, only to find out that there is this other shorter track "Gratiot" following with it's powerfull drums, that brings the ultimate satisfaction... WOW Maybe the best Detroit EP from that early era that didn't originate from the 7th City ?
