Timewave Zero is awesome! Impatient listeners will probably be disheartened when the music comes to a halt in the middle, but it ends like a novel. McKennas speech borders on knowledgable to bull honky, but very uniquely nasal and characteristic of him. Sharp uses his trademark sounds that are a precursor to Sea Biscuit. I still would never smoke DMT if it made me talk like McKenna, though. The album is of course meant to be listened from beginning to end, but the journey is rather enjoyable throughout.
