On their G-Stoned debut, Kruder & Dorfmeister show that they are one of the early pioneers of tasteful downtempo. Even though there are only four tracks, they will definitely chill you down, like the slow-groovey "Deep Shit". Starting off with a short sample from Bob James' "Nautilus", "Original Bedroom Rockers" delivers more head nodding stuff, but is a little too slick. The notable songs are "Definition", with a happy flute improvising over the simple and beautiful piano, and the ultra-cool "High Noon", which has an amazing harmonica solo.
