Choice - Acid Eiffel, one of the very best techno/acid tunes of all time. A melody you easily can get on your mind, a very nice amibent melody together with cool laser sounds from time to time.

Quite frankly one of the most stunning electronic music productions of the past 2 decades. Even though it lasts over 12 minutes, it is so tempting to listen to it all over again! And it sounds just as good at +4 and it does -2 on the pitch. I often wonder how long this took to produce. I once read in an interview with Laurent that when he makes a track, he changes his mind so many times throughout production with various new ideas that the end result is always something that he had not anticipated, so i wonder what this could have ended up sounding like, depending on his mood that day / week? A true standout track with the same high quality and originality of Sven Vath's "Barbarella".

A benchmark classic from Garnier & Shazz (and Ludovic Navarre as sound engineer). This is one of the most beautiful and emotional house-techno tracks ever produced in the electronic scene; there is no doubt about that! With Acid Eiffel, the trio undeniable showed their love for Detroit. The use of the 303 through this deep atmospheric musical trip is breathtaking. I just can’t put this song out of my mind… Absolutely brilliant.

This appeared when acid-house was veering toward the screeching 303's of 'Higher State of Conciousness' and reminded us all that that little box from Roland was capable of something far more subtle and, ultimately, rewarding. This track nearly had me in tears when i first heard it. Benchmark classic.
