'Stella' still stands as one of the greatest classics of the genre in history. Deep, minimal-hipnotic trance with a sensual climax, it became a real fever on the dancefloors of many different countries. Released by Renaat Vandepapelière's R label, 'Stella''s original version sounds litterally plounges into your head and will remain as one of the treasures of the beginning of the nineties, thanks to the major general of the belgian label, whose talent gave him the chance to find the german duo Jam El Mar & Markus Löffel aka Mark Spoon at their best moment. There are some other versions in 'The Complete Stella', like the ones of Frank De Wulf and two different from Moby, but the best one is truly the original. Many say that trance lost this deep minimal hipnosis roots some time after it was created, in 1992. Anyway, there won't be a better example of the kind than 'Stella'.
