This is a classic track it has a really smooth sax playing, and the trademark wind up toy sound Pulse used at the time. (It is featured on Destiny and Let the hustlers play)
The thing that has puzzled me for years is when Alex Reece played it on the radio. It contained a sample that said “Brothers of the 70’s we love to get down. And if you do come on and join us.”
The sample is missing from the promo and official release. I think the reason for this is because it was released on Island records, and they would have had to get the sample cleared for legal reasons. It is a shame because it really gave the record a real old school, beatnik jazzy feel.
