Its rough and simple construction made of simple unpolished Rock hooks, even simpler Metal riffs & elemental "Industrial" decorations made it then & still makes it today.
After so many years it does still bring this distorted & psychotic power, an ideal pop soundtrack made for a film about self alienation, destruction & perversion. In fact if there were to choose a commercial album that could be named as a reference towards pure hatred & that could fill anyone with its message of self annihilation and violence against order this one would be on the list.
Tracks like "Irresponsible hate anthem", "Beautiful people", "Antichrist superstar" & the incredibly virulent & visionary "The reflecting god" with its acid inspired hellish epiphany does the album alone.
Some may say the lyrics are insipid, but there is a portion of twisted sarcasm in between them as well as very thought and well assented set of reflections about existence, without the sarcasm, the listener will lose an incredible amount of content, but hey, sarcasm is a though thing.
This album its truly a bomb, a fall into a bottomless pit in which the author tried to take as many listeners as possible. An album about hatred in the purest and most instinctive form.
