This is one of those rare things that still sound as fresh as when it was written (in this case - 1991). By now, commonly used term for most music gathered here is "plunderphonics", although some bands might not fight into that category at all (Zoviet-France (UK) or Vasilisk (Japan) for example). Few numbers that stand out to me are "Who Shot The Pope?" by Sucking Chest Wound (Canada) and "Desire" by Tape-Beatles (US). However, this compilation is long out-of-print, so most us will not know how good it really is.
