This UR release gives a hint of the mighty things to come: Sometimes I Feel Like and Nation2Nation predict some of the emotions evoked by the URs seminal Galaxy2Galaxy release, whilst the World2World adds the energy. It’s important to recognize the similarities between the series of releases that used this naming format - there was a strong vein of innovation of the UR sound throughout them – both generated and given cohesion by Mike Bank’s creativity.

I love the Nation2Nation EP for what it is, with its undeniable ‘Mad Mike’ sound, live sax, Roland TB303 moments, and as with each of the releases in this series it defines a moment in the musical history of the Resistance’s ‘sound of the underground.’
