I'm not going to say this record is revolutionary or game-changing, because it quite frankly isn't. What it is however, is perfect in it's context, as it manages to expertly straddle the border between a retro-tinged, 'throwback' 90s garage record and something that sounds über-fresh and on-point. This is just proper house music, no messing.
The name of this record is extremely fitting, because EVERYONE loves "Let's Go". People who don't listen to house music always ask me about that track when I play it out. It's that deadly synth and vocal combination which always makes this the record of choice when it's time to step things up a gear. A modern classic.
