Tracks 1 to 4 recorded March 1968 at Annex Studios, Los Angeles, CA. Taken from the album "There's A Whole Lalo Schifrin Goin' On."
Track 5 recorded May 18, 1971 at the MGM Recording Studio, Hollywood, CA. From the album "Rock Requiem."
Tracks 6 and 7 recorded September 18, 1970 at TTG Recording Studio, Hollywood, CA. Track 7 was the flipside of the 7" single release of that original recording of "Theme From Medical Center." Track 6 was further "revised" on March 23, 1971 at Muscle Shoals with unknown performers, and that version, included here, was released on a separate 7" by Verve (with a different b-side).
Track 8 recorded October 9, 1972 at MGM Recording Studio, Hollywood, CA. Released as a single.
Track 9 recorded June 1973 in Burbank, CA.
Track 10 and 11 recorded October 1, 1974 at Sound City Studios, Van Nuys, CA. Released together on 7" single.
