The mystery of this long forgotten R limited edition release is solved by Discogs. Not your typical Robert Leiner or Source Experience track, but probably something more of a spoof, Leiner takes a "girlie" vocal sample which sounds straight out of a 1989 New York Freestyle record and shapes it into this underground techno thing which for the early 1990's was quite an original thing to accomplish. If you find you have one of these, consider yourself lucky. They were limited and not something that is an easy find.
