whiteboy, Oct 15, 2004 this album absolutely blew me away. ive always loved craig richards, from dancing my arse off to his live sets at fabric and tyrant, to dancing my arse off to his fabric.1. CD. but when I heard this i just had to let my mind expand. okay, craig richards might not be the most talented live DJ when it comes to technique but no-one can fault his song choices. and this comp manages to get both right. Im sure that there has been much re-working on editting and the likes but who cares? when it sounds this good no-one should complain. this is the best mix CD Ive heard for about ten years. it combines true electronic psychedelia with bombastic funkiness and a slice of new-edginess thrown in for good measure. if youre thinking of buying a comp album, buy this. let me make this one clear. BUY THIS ALBUM IT IS MIND BLOWINGLY GOOD. its got the most cutting edge tech-house, techno-minimalistic music on CDone and on CDtwo, weve got some great breakbeat tunes. and theres none of that homie breakbeat on here. no, no this is strictly trippy stuff. great album. great DJ. great tunes. Was the above review useful to you?
