This is a great 12”, Join The Future is a lovely fairly minimal sounding track combining a deep groovy bass, floating vocal piano and synth, that keeps evolving all the way through. A truly magical tune and in my mind still sounds great today. Masterplan is a bit tougher sounding Bleeps & Bass tune.

"join the future" is a cool mellow track on the excellent warp label.a good set opener for an oldschool techno mix.
Well this is it. One of my all time favourite techno tracks. Still sounds amazing in 2004(including production wise). Sheer class. Great production, great basslines and great beat programming. Top that all off with the most optimistic and uptopian sounding phrase you could ever wish to here: "Come and Join the Future". If it sounds this good lead the way......
"Join The Future" is my sentimental favourite, you can feel the hidden euphoria of a new generation in it, a tune for the after hour.
