Reviews & Discussion

Rated 5/5
Review by manchester Sep 23, 2005 (edited over 6 years ago)
A future British Soul/Hip Hop masterpiece that is achingly beautiful and proves that America is not the sole destination of great Hip Hop and Soul music. A collection of great collaborators have come together on this album but never to the detriment of one smooth motherfu**er of a long player that is brilliant from start to finish with each track gliding effortlessly and beautifully into the next. Superb funky Hip Hop beats, fantastic instrumentation & samples, stunning original vocals & rhymes of the very highest order make this one of greatest Dance music albums of all time. The late Muzik magazine recognised this in a poll of the 50 greatest Dance albums of all time.
