Oh my God! I adore Seattle Calling. Downtempo, lush prog trance at it's best. Not really the sort of track you'd mix to send a dancefloor into mass epileptic fit-mode, but it's just so beautifully crafted. The addition of the guitar is a nice touch, as it adds to the overall feeling of the track. Generally I don't condone the use of guitars in dance music, but this fits. Perfectly! Musings Of A Lifetime takes things to a more danceable zone. Bouncier, and more uplifting, this is definitely going to turn a few heads. Theft Of The Spirit up next, contains such a nice and melodic breakdown, interspersed with bass kicks, which serve to warn you that slipping into a false sense of security isn't wise, as the break comes up with the kickdrums in full force. Thrust No1...not too sure what to make of this one. It's got its roots firmly placed in progland, but doesn't have any elements to make it stand out like the other tracks on the vinyl. My pick of the bunch is Seattle Calling.
