Black Water was quite successful when it was released in 2000, being distibuted by concept music, and featuring in the sets of non-techno DJ's. This original release is probably worth getting for the track Black Water alone, a piece of percussive techno in the vein of Daystar Rising. As mentioned above this is quite different from the track that caused all the fuss, the Ann Saunderson-vocalled 'Untold' mix.
The track "Untold" later got repressed and rereleased in different versions on 430 West Promos, Voidcomm and Concept Music and then strangely referred to as "Black Water". The actual "Black Water"-tracks on this release are mere drumtracks and got nothing to do with the synth-stab-laden "Untold"-versions of "Black Water".
