This has to be one of the best compilations I have ever heard. Certainly Tummy Touch's best. So good in fact that I bought between ten and fifteen copies to give away to friends.
The way it's put together is fantastic - not only is the music great (and I mean every single track), but the order in which they've been put makes one track compliment the next regardless of the often extreme differences in styles. It's one of those CDs that's ideal party music if you can't be bothered DJing and, as far as the feedback goes that I've gotten back, is a huge hit with boys and girls alike. Did I really say that? Hmmmm. Anyway, it's honestly a huge step forward from the first Touch Tones compilation. Its predecessor, although featuring excellent artists and tracks, seemed not to blend as a whole as nicely as this compilation does. The first Touch Tones, in my opinion, tried too hard to be diverse or, dare I say it, "eclectic" and as a result jarred in few places while this one, which I must add is even more musically diverse, somehow manages to flow from start to finish. A real gem. Worth getting for the Al Chem track alone. I don't often rate compilations amongst my favourite LPs but this one certainly is right at the top. I seriously recommend this for anyone wanting something very original indeed. This is electronic, leftfield, indie, dub, rock ,whatever, you name it, but done like nothing else. Now go get it!!!
