I'm quite sure that the vocal in the middle there isn't Spanish but rather the phrase: "Ease yourself back into consciousness". Why am I so sure? Have a listen to the classic track Dope on Plastic - Wave Dub (of Northern Exposure I fame). Same sample taken from the David Cronenberg sci-fi film "Videodrome".
