Notes:This was a split bootleg 7" between Current 93 and Nurse With Wound. It was falsely attributed as being released by United Dairies. There were two pressings limited to 93 numbered copies each. The first had a grey cover, and the second had a yellow cover. An additional number with a green cover were included with the Tetragrammaton bootleg LP in a box set limited to 40 copies.
