It took me ten years to find this. Superb EP. UR's The Theory is a stunning slice of second wave techno.Covert Action was licensed to Mo Wax years later. There are also 3 seminal Carl Craig tracks, including the breakbeat monster Please Stand By. Worth really hunting for.
