I love classic rock. And The Steve Miller band is an awesome example of what classic rock should be. It can be heavy at times, it can be loud, and it can be fast. What's important, though, is just how inviting the vocals are. This CD is jam-packed full of stuff that makes you want to move your body and sing. If you play guitar, some of this stuff is really easy to learn and memorize so you can carry the infectious tunes with you no matter where you go. I like all of the music on this CD, but I'm going to talk about some tracks that really pop out.

"The The Money And Run" is the story of Billy Joe and Bobbie Sue (eerily similar to Bonnie and Clyde) who decide to rob a man.
"Rock N' Me" is a really awesome piece of classic rock. Straightforward power chords, great vocals.
"Serenade" is good. I don't know why it's so good, but the driving guitar riffs are just so good.
"The Joker" is a very famous tune. "Some people call me the space cowboy..."
"Jet Airliner" is another straightforward classic rock song. Very poppy, and very infectious.

This is such an awesome CD. If you like rock at all, you should definitely give this CD a listen. Sure, it's not as heavy or as hard as today's rock, but that's not what music is all about, is it?
