The music has its oriental/middle eastern sounds to it. The music itself travels among many genres of music, but maintains a steady flow in the ambient genre. There are many traditional intrsuments used, I beleive the Oud most prominently. The artwork is great, and the title is rightfully chosen as it is very "serene" music. The tracks sounds vary greatly from each track to the next. The CD was released by the same label that has also released Orphaned Land, another prominent middle eastern/oriental folk metal band. Was the above review useful to you? (report)
