Absolute early techno house classic. This track has been remixed and sampled a few times. A remix of this was released on Go Bang! a few years later (late nineties?) It has that early house synth stabs staccato stylee, with early house beats, and classic cheering samples (Ive heard these samples used many times - I dont know what they are from, but it sounds like they came from a SuperTramp concert! If you know where the samples come from, email me, Id like to know.)
