As far as Im concerned, Heliosophan is worthy of far more praise than the single release On. If you think that On was teh greatest chilled out anthemic tune then this is definitly worth hearing.
As a whole the album is a subtle introduction to the world of Aphex. Much less obscure than recent releases but more obvious links to house and occasionally dub. Anyone who likes Autechre, HIA, Biosphere or the likes ought to know about his album.
