What I've heard is that this is Richard James. The Sonic System (45rpm +1%) track is included on Scott Hardkiss's masterful Live at Room Zero cassette only mix of yore. Nice straight forward prog house of the quality kind from the early days. Go to this side (33rpm) for some hints that this is a slightly stranger release than it perhaps needs be and might lead someone to wonder what's going on, or they probably just didn't play it.
