The ruff, original versions "One Night In NYC" and "Mission Ecstacy" featured here are two of the creepiest tunes i know. Sick club-kid tales made real, that could could easily have been the soundtrack to Michael Alig's "disco bloodbath" vs some degenerate Beavis & Butt-Head adventures...you won't be the same after these. A monstruous and dangerous record, hitting the soul in its dark corners somewhere between freakish underground theatre, nasty chemically enhanced white trash techno and classic US degenerate teen horror entertainment. Definitely unique!

'Wet And Shiny' is one of the more brilliant and unique records I own.
I should mention it was written by Oliver in 1989 if I'm not mistaken.
It's not quite EBM or Industrial. The vibrato on the vox/vocoder is perfection.
Coupled with raw breaks/edits. The lyrics are 'illuminated'.
Well before the rest of the material that appears on this E.P.
