BassBooster, Nov 23, 2007

Another wonderfull release from these guys, who were very inspired in this period, before turning their creativity towards progressive trancy stuff later in mid-90s, never looked good compared to these early deep productions. This is a deep house jewell, with Secret Doctrine shining from the rest of the ep. It's a very good track, but what makes it really wonderfull is the intro, with the flute work that touches the listener right in the soul.
Goa Goa and Experience are dark, while Gladiators is a kind of experiment. The pads are wonderfull and modulated and have sudden breakdown, while the thin beats that drive the track are classy and sound different from the other tracks. It sounds strange at first, but you can appreciate it after a couple of listenings.
