Quite the unknown Euro-Dance release, but it's actually a very good one. The Big World radio and extended mixes are that traditional blend of Breaks and Pop music which is sometimes present in chart music, but I actually like the way these two mixes sound! The Club Mix by Big World, however, is slightly different. It's more trancey but it's also of a progressive nature.
The Sweetie Mix is very similar in style to the Breaks versions. It just changes a few samples, up's the pitch on some of the synths and is slightly slower in tempo. Even so, it's a great addition to the CD.
The RMB remix is interesting. It gives the song a slightly darker edge to it and has traces of what sounds like a film score. It too is very progressive in sound, but I find it more interesting to listen to than the Big World Club Mix.
RedWing's interpretation is their classic Place-To-Be style which is represented in this mix. It takes quite awhile to get into the melodies of the song, but the chorus section that comes in has a really good sound. At first, I thought this was the worst RedWing remix I've heard, but it just needs a chance. It turns out really great if you'll let it!
So if you like Euro-Dance (and also Trance) with a twist, this could be a very good single for you!
