The tracks on this 4 CD box set are sourced from the series “Goa Trance” that Rumour put out sometime between 1995 and 1998, stopping at volume seven.

This compilation is a vey colourful journey into the fantastic world of psi-trance providing tracks from both the famous and less famous artists alike.

It crosses all borders, from the very fast and melodic , to the more laid back and a hint of acidic trance too, and there are nice breaks on the track Rapid Eye by Digitalis.

Tracks to note are: Pagan Dance, Drama, High Energy, Project Oblivion, Chant of the Sun, Warped Dimension, Babes on Broomsticks, First Message and Pile.

All this comes in a very attractive artwork too, and I highly recommend it either for anyone wanting to sample a bit of this kind of music and to someone wanting to increase his collection too.
