Cut & Run (2) - Don't Go

The Cut & Run take on Awesome 3 'Don't Go'.

The A-side is an uptempo Breaks version of the Rave classic. Unlike a lot of Breaks remixes it doesn't just use a familiar breakdown or intro section with a completely different bassline. Instead its really an update of the original keeping the stab section & vocal, a similar bassline and a new breakbeat.
One nice addition is the 'Kicks Like A Mule' sample from the Kicks Like A Mule Remix. This bootleg remix being at a higher tempo (about 140 bpm) is fast enough to fit into a Hardcore Breaks set where the vocal, stab section and breakbeat should fit right in.

The B-side is a Drum & Bass remix and isn't a lot of interest. The only connection it has with Awesome 3 'Don't Go' is the 'Kicks Like A Mule' sample. Other than that its just another Drum & Bass track.
