This is absolutely one of my favourite recordings I own in my collection, spanning from MP3's to vinyl. I absolutely adore this EP from some of my favourite artists, Alan Braxe, Fred Falke and Savage. The track 'Defender' on side A is a rather addictive electro, house, dance track with a good phasing and a well played guitar to top it all off.
The rumor goes, that Alan Braxe and Fred Falke was working on this track when they asked Savage to play the guitar and the band Defender was formed to produce this EP.
The track that in my opinion steals the show completely though is 'Bliss'. It starts off with a relaxing feel to it but then blasts into a brass fanfare and the trademark Fred Falke bass sound. This track stuck on my mind and I it's the kind of track you listen to when the sun is shining etc.
If you like Alan Braxe and/or Fred Falke then I would recommend this EP because even though it only consists of two tracks it's definitly worth it and it's two well-produced addictive tracks!
