A remarkable collection of carefully crafted, slow-moving, and frequently schaffel-oriented tracks. Although links between the tracks on "Victimizer" and many styles and artists from over the years can be drawn, for the most part it is closest to Plastikman's "Musik" in its feel. Except, where "Musik" still felt very firmly embedded in acid house, "Victimizer" feels like it has moved into true post acid house territory, away from silly, squiggly acid lines to adopt a more mature approach. The results are spectacular, particularly on "Memories" and the title cut - where vocals are added to mix - and "Hemper" and "Dorant".
