This album is what Laurie's performances are still about: storytelling, high-tech, minimalism.

Some real classics therein, beside her hit "O Superman" especially "Big Science" is worth listening again and again. This release differs from later releases Laurie Anderson made especially through a very reduced style, it is in no way overproduced.
