My buddy tells me that they actually went to a playground and interviewed kids for this track. The girl on here is talking about her younger sister. This 10-year-olds obviously wiser than her years. Love the song and the inspirational lyrics. Its got a positive message that isnt cheesy, which ill PARAPHRASE here:

Id tell her to appreciate what she has now because when she was younger, she didn’t know how to. Shes learning by her mistakes and will tell her to appreciate thing now that she has it. So when she grows up, she doesn’t waste it.
