| Notes: | Several slightly different records were issued with this same 12 ZTAS 1 catalog number. Their sleeves varied, the track appearing on the A-side varied, and the track listings were not always printed correctly on either the sleeves or the labels.
This version of the single plays most common mix: the 7:20 "Relax (U.S. Mix)", which also appeared on the US 12".
Known versions:
- Black matte sleeve with trimmed corners and a label hole.
- A-side label is speckled pale green with "relax (sex mix)" incorrectly listed as the title. (The "Sex Mix" is the original 16:24 version.)
- A-side runout groove contains stamped "12 ZTAS 1 A-5U-1-1" and handwritten "GRAEME"; B-side runout groove contains stamped "12 ZTAS 1 B-3U-1-5", small stamped "STERLING" and handwritten "12-IS-ZTAS-1 BS".
