Another 12" cementing why Kemal & Rob are highly revered amongst fans of the techy sound in drum and bass. This is the first release on the pairs' short-lived (but widely acclaimed, and highly sought after) Negative label. A side "The Mummy" is a percussion driven, middle-eastern infused roller. Perfectly balanced, it's groove and heavy suspense work you without smacking you head on. On the flip is Kemal's solo offering "Bleed". Growling acid stabs, cavernous bass, and seriously disturbing cackles accompany a guttural main drum loop which switches up in all the right places. Essential listening.
