Coldcut & Strictly Kev have programmed a tight mix that moves from one solid track to another. The overall feeling is unhurried & pleasant - not. Despite the reference in the title, the listener certainly doesn't need to be high to appreciate this album.

The only break in momentum & mood is Asian Dub Foundation's 'Jericho', which seems entirely out of place - but that can be corrected with a quick press of the 'next track' button!
