User Reviews:

lovespirals, Nov 10, 2002

This is the most electronic of the Love Spirals Downwards albums, moving away from the guitar and vocal styles of the previous 3 albums. A fairly mid-tempo affair, it moves from light Trip Hop, to poppy 2-Step, to hybrids that fall somewhere between Drum n Bass and Downtempo, and then on to ambient dubby Techno. More a listening record than a dance one, "Flux" recalls the work of bands such as Olive, Mono, Everything but the Girl and that sort of thing.
