andysword, Nov 15, 2003 Highlights here are first 3 tracks, plus No Sleep til Brooklyn and Time to Get Ill. Extensive use of sampling before everyone and his mother was doing it. Rhymin & Stealin sampled Led Zeppelin, as did Shes Crafty. Time to Get Ill sampled Creedence Clearwater Revival of all artists. A talking horse also features! Posse in Effect is reminiscent of the Street Sounds Electro sound. Licensed to Ill is widely regarded as a rap classic. Some might refer to it as Old-School, but it isnt really.
