Theo released lots of good music, but there is maybe a dozen of really essential tracks in his catalogue."Heal Yourself and Move" & "Sky Walking" are at the top of this list. especially "Heal Yourself and Move".
"Heal Yourself and Move" is very essential. It conjures that melancholic Detroit spirit of struggle and definance. The cut is interesting as an electronic/organic hybrid: electronic in the sense of Basic Channel-esque minimalism; organic by its inclusion of a somber male vocal proclaiming "heal yourself and move..... let God, be your guide....."
Definitely my pick of this set.
