A 100 copy limited edition in wooden box set containing:

- 1 bottle 0,5 liter of Absinthe Duplais Blanche Nurse With Wound with a numbered label designed and signed by Steven Stapleton
- 2 absinthe glasses
- 2 absinthe spoons
- 1 CD in printed paper sleeve (hand-numbered)

Another 150 copies released without the absinthe box set in a plastic sleeve with hand-colored, numbered and signed artwork. These copies were made available at North American Nurse With Wound performances in June 2006
