deep/profound, it certainly has several excellent moments
outside the playful aspect of it - I'm constantly
finding new stuff on this album..
Some trivia..
"Salon Kitty" - this title is taken from a nazi exploitation
movie (some kind of quasi-SM-cult-thingie). Eat Static made
most of this track "from scratch", and did not sample some
old bossanova / easy listening record like you'd think..
"In the Nude!" - the "Are you willing to perform in the
nude? - Sure! As long as I don't have to take my clothes
off.." - sample is taken from "the First Nudie Musical".
And yes, that is a musical with naked people in it.. :D
Another weird kitsch sexual cultmovie.. seems like someone
have passed their time watching corny late night shows in
hotel rooms.. ^^ or something.
