This record remains as dancey and interesting as when it was released. The first track, uses a sound a certain sound - sort of a squeeking sound - and builds upon that sound to achieve its ends.
The second track on side A is really nice. It uses a growling, sort of squeeking sound, to thrust the audience into a frenzy. It's not conducive to a comfort zone sort of feel. It's sublime.
The B side starts with a very clubby track. It's really, really useful on the floor and mixes well with just about everything. The main theme is very catchy and just gives the impression of underground warehouses. It's really quite powerful and very dancey.
The second track on the B side follows up the first with its tracky, dancey, fun style.
What's so great about this record is its ability to fit into so many sets and styles. I highly recommend it.
